RACQ Rockhampton

Menzies Auto Service is the local RACQ Contracted Service Provider for the Rockhampton area. We provide 24/7 RACQ call out services (13 11 11) within our specified work area. This includes roadside assistance, breakdown tows and breakdown repairs (i.e. won’t start, lock outs, overheat, mechanical breakdown). We also extend this service to non-members, call us for a quote for fee for service.

We are an approved repairer which means that RACQ has approved our business so their members can trust the work we perform.

Vehicle Inspections – Pre-Purchase Inspections

Menzies Auto Service is the approved Vehicle Inspection Centre in Rockhampton. We have a team of trained technicians that can ensure that the vehicle you are about to buy or the vehicle that you are running around in is up to the job.  So, whether you are hitting the open road or buying a used vehicle we can give you peace of mind and ensure you are safe.  These inspections are available to members at a reduced price; however, they are also available to all customers.  Both member and non-member Inspections are booked through RACQ.

There are three types; Master Check, Mechanical Check or Mobile Inspection. All reports are comprehensive and provide a written report with photos. More information on both of these checks can be found on their website.

CHILD RESTRAINT FITTING

Menzies Auto Service has trained technicians that are able to correctly fit your child restraint in Rockhampton. Did you know that most surveys show child restraints are fitted incorrectly?  All bookings need to be made through the RACQ so give them a call on 1800 816 523.

We stock a full range of RACQ Batteries for all makes and models.

These batteries are sold at a discounted price to all RACQ members. Batteries are also available to non-members. Most batteries have a 24 or 36 month warranty.
